To facilitate the setup, delivery, and reporting of all training services for sponsors/CROs, site staff, patients, or internal Clario employees.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support studies with up to 2 associated product lines/therapeutic areas.

  • Review Training plan with Principal Customer Education Specialist and coordinate the assignment of Customer Education Team resources with department managers (Training delivery, content development, training operations).

  • Finalize training delivery schedule with sponsor.

  • Update project management tool with resource assignments and communicate assignments to assigned project manager.

  • Coordinate timelines within the Education team, maintain deliverable schedules and communicate any identified risks to the assigned project managers.

  • Manage the deployment of eLearning curriculums for assigned studies as defined by standard work instruction.

  • Manage the deployment of Instructor-led training via the Learning Management System as defined by standard work instruction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in human resources, education, business or area relevant to the clinical trial industry.

  • Professional certifications regarding adult learning or project management are recommended but not required.

Experience:

  • 3 or more years working as a Training Operations Specialist in the Clario Education Team.

  • Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.

  • Creative and problem solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate the learning needs and to manage challenges that may occur.

  • Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong technical aptitude including the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.

  • Experience in the administration of a learning management system.
