About the Role

Responsible for managing all design projects from concept to delivery. To create visual concepts using computer software or by hand (mock up for cards), develop and execute creative visual concepts for print and digital media to communicate ideas that motivate, inspire, inform and captivate the target audience (Tied Distribution or TD – Agency and Financial Advisers or FA), so as to meet TD targets and business growth.
To develop and executive the overall layout and production design for applications such as e-magazines, e-direct mailers (edms) and e-banners

Responsibilities:

To provide graphic design including conceptualizing design of graphic related materials, product visuals, mockups, finished artwork and design layout for all TD events, including incentive trips, annual agency awards and Clubs Rewards:

  • Edms and e-invites
  • Editing of photos
  • Certificates, luggage tags, collar pins, name badges, publicity posters, vouchers, name cards, forms, pull up banners, lanyards & tyveks.
  • E-magazines and publicity posters
  • Microsite layout, design and website banners
  • LED panel static page.
  • FB Group gamification characters
  • Jewellery concept and design, if required e.g Superstar pins
  • Stage design backdrops, if required
  • FB Group: creation of gamification characters

To provide graphic design support to departments such as Marketing, HR, and Ops with editing of logos, festive banners, FSC contract forms and booklet. Support TD with design related work for ad-hoc events. Other responsibilities include providing support to the team such as being on duty at the annual awards, pinnacle and centurion dinner and superstar lunch backstage for the prize award presentation or other duties.

  • Agency Force and FA

External:

  • 3rd party service providers such as creative agencies, printers, design houses, advertising agencies

Requirements:

  • Education –Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Design Communication
  • Experience – 3 years of experience in doing graphic designing.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe application softwares, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign software (windows and apple)
  • Proficient in English Character:  Meticulous, proactive, resourceful with problem solving skills. Pleasant and good natured.
  • A team player
