Summary: As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of the network and providing timely support to customers. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure the smooth functioning of the telecommunication network. - Integrate and manage the life cycle of network elements. - Manage back office system data records. - Support customer activations and configuration adjustments. - Provide timely support to customers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Security Operations. - Strong understanding of network security management. - Experience with network security operations. - Knowledge of telecommunication network elements and their configuration. - Familiarity with back office system data records management. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Network Security Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
