Role purpose

Mall Leasing Executive – Drive Growth & Build Relationships 

Are you passionate about creating vibrant retail spaces and forging strong partnerships? We’re looking for a Mall Leasing Executive who thrives on new business development and strategic deal-making in the kiosk space.

What You’ll Do 

  • Build Relationships: Maintain strong, trusted partnerships with retailers and stakeholders. 
  • Strategic Planning: Execute short and long-term leasing strategies to optimise asset performance. 
  • Drive New Business: Prospect, cold call, and secure high-quality brands that align with centre strategies. 
  • Negotiate & Close Deals: Deliver data-led negotiations that meet retailer goals and business objectives. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in new business development or sales, ideally in retail sales / management or real estate
  • Track Record: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. 
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering outstanding retailer and customer experiences. 
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of trends and consumer needs. 

Ideal Requirements 

  • Agent’s Representative License (or Sub-Agent’s Licence for WA, VIC & TAS). 
  • Strong understanding of leasing legislation and mall leasing code of conduct. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Financial acumen and ability to work with budgets and forecasts. 
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
