Summary: As a Security Consulting Lead, you will lead the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. You will assess, manage, and ensure compliance to risk reducing behaviors and processes. Your typical day will involve leading the team, collaborating with multiple teams, and making key decisions to provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also engage with various stakeholders and contribute to important decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: -Manage stakeholder expectations regarding solution approaches and matching of requirements to designs. -Help Process Leads define business process designs based upon business requirements -Assist completion of Use Cases, Fit/Gap analysis, configuration, and testing for new requirements -Complete Use Cases, Fit/Gap, configuration, and testing of common elements of the Archer solution. -Define business solution and technology metrics that will measure the benefits realization and stabilization of new requirements -Participate actively in Change Control Board meetings imparting opinions on whether enhancements have strong enough business cases and that there is a useful solution in Archer to satisfy the business requirements. -Provide input towards CIO Production Acceptance with new requirements -Assist CIO in upgrades and other collateral technical impacts to Archer GRC platform -Provide status report on progress and issues with initiatives and enhancement releases (e.g. PM325); participate in status meetings and ad-hoc meetings to address and resolve project issues and confirm plans -10+ years of technology delivery experience for business process automation using prepackaged products/ custom developments -Experience with business process design and technical solution delivery experience would be a plus ? -solution shaping, strategic solution planning -experience with Data Modeling -Accenture enterprise platform implementation experience -Archer systems implementation experience including ability to advise team members on configuration and technical approaches. -Enterprise integration technical experience Professional & Technical Skills: -Experience in packaged product implementation, e.g. Archer GRC, Process Unity, etc. -System integration using Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/Azure/AWS -Experience in SQL, Python, Data Lake/Data Fabric, Power BI Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Third Party IT Risk Management - This position is based at our Chennai office - A 15 years full time education is required
