You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.

The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

What We Do

Reporting to the Manager, Product Operations, the Product Operations Analyst Sr assists in the implementation of new funds and solutions, fund changes and enhancements, and fund mergers and terminations. The Product Operations Analyst Sr will work closely with all stakeholders in Canada, U.S. and global sites, including legal, finance, operations, fund accounting, and portfolio management.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Prepare Fund Launch Documentation

  • Collect input data for the product brief, a central reference guide used to provide product information to business partners

  • Work with the Project Team, coordinate working committee with Project Manager, including the identification of key stakeholders, feedback on agenda & updates, and problem resolution for product-related issues

  • Working with the Project Team on all product development deliverables, timing, ownership and risks

  • Work with Product Operations and Project Team on issue resolution to support ongoing product launches and product events/restructures

Prepare Fund Event Change Documentation

  • Prepare the required documentation for Benchmark Changes and disseminate to downstream groups once approved by the appropriate committees

  • Prepare the documentation for Portfolio Manager Changes and disseminate to downstream groups once approved

  • Act as a member of the Project Team in the implementation of fund changes ("fund events") including restructures, rebalancing, benchmark changes, mergers, terminations and Portfolio Manager changes

Data Strategy and Ad Hoc Projects

  • Assist with data strategy for the Product Operations Team

  • Lead or assist with any ad hoc projects as they emerge for the Product Operations Team

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of mutual fund/investment industry experience

  • University degree with a Finance focus preferred, or equivalent work experience

  • CFA, CA, PMP is an asset

Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

Occasional travel required for this opportunity.

For this role, your total rewards include:

Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus:

A competitive annual range of $99,000 to $123,000 based on your experience and qualifications.

RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
