Your Role

As our new Organisational Development Advisor, you will undertake a 12-month fixed-term contract aimed at enhancing our business capabilities. Your role involves assessing crucial business challenges and offering strategic input, advice, and execution aligned with NGA’s business strategy. You will play a pivotal role in advising on team structure, optimising performance, and identifying key talents for development initiatives. Key elements of this role include early career development and planning as well as developing leadership frameworks.

About You

Join our dynamic team as a HR Advisor, leveraging 2-3 years of experience in HR general advisory roles and ready to excel in organizational development. We are seeking individuals with proven project management expertise, a meticulous eye for detail, and a penchant for working independently.
