  • Help develop, refine, and evolve analytical frameworks, reporting standards, and tools that can serve as best-in-class models for broader use.
  • Balance speed and rigor - knowing when rapid directional insight is required and when deeper validation is necessary.
  • Work closely with engineering and data teams to build innovative analytics solutions that surface actionable insights and support real-time decision making.
  • Help ensure our data infrastructure matches our strategic needs—connecting tools, enhancing data reliability, and improving accessibility.
  • Turn fast-moving, open-ended business questions into structured analyses grounded in data and business understanding.
  • Analyze why initiatives succeed or fall short, producing learnings that inform both near-term decisions and longer-term strategy.
  • Champion a culture of data-informed storytelling, ensuring insights are communicated in clear, visually compelling ways that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Oversee weekly reporting and ensure real-time communication on timely priorities knowing this is critical to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Represent insights in cross-functional forums, aligning stakeholders and driving follow-through.
  • Oversee and mentor the Data analyst, overseeing the quality, clarity, and impact of their work-- setting clear expectations, and holding a high standard for analytics and impact.

  • Help maintain and evolve the data pipelines and sources that power our analytics ecosystem, ensuring teams have access to high-quality, reliable information.
