Experience with Dynamic CRM with at least 2+ years’ experience, ideally with CRM 9.0 or above but not required

Capable of working both independently and in group settings

Capable of developing from written requirements and with minimal oversight

Would be a plus if they have experience writing requirements and designs but not required

Would be preferred to be flexible with their shift work.   May require working EST hours typically in the 8AM to 5PM range or at least a significant overlap for example 5AM to 2PM EST.  This can be discussed based on where the resource is located and standard working time.

 

  

GENERAL SUMMARY:   Write accurate and efficient program code, update and expand existing programs, debug existing programs, and test software with both manual and automated unit test approaches in regards to CRM.

  1. Proficient in development technologies utilized by their team with accelerating delivery results. 
  2. Able to work independently with analyst and test engineering to move application changes through all stages of development. 
  3. Supports maintenance and modification of applications as directed.
  4. Demonstrates ability to learn system architecture as it relates to project work.
  5. Follow best practices regarding all technical and design standards for their application.
  6. Takes ownership of their work and quickly addresses technical or quality issues.
  7. Submits code for peer reviews and may actively participate in peer reviews of others. 
  8. Demonstrates a desire to participate in peer to peer coaching and mentoring.
  9. Displays a level of influence within their immediate team.
  10. Displays innovative thinking.
  11. Ability to communicate with business partners in a clear and concise manner regarding their current work.
  12. Leverages new technologies like Gen AI to be more effective and efficient in completing deliverables

PLACEMENT CRITERIA:

 

  •  4+ years of development experience preferred Overall
  •  2+ years specific to Dynamic CRM
  •  Demonstrate proficiency in learning and using multiple development languages. 
  •  Demonstrates a working knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies
  •  Excellent organizational skills, with proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills.
