Mobilization act as consultants within the Digital Inside Sales business unit primarily supporting program managers during the Launch and Calibration phases of programs.  Managers/Directors of Launch Excellence coordinate cross-functional resources in support of program launch and help drive alignment to launch, delivery, quality and performance management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management – Ensuring cross functional alignment & communication, tracking toward launch milestones and overall readiness for all Program Readiness with a goal of having each Launch make as much impact on the market as intended.
  • Client Engagement – Partner with the Stakeholders to develop sales and enablement training and any additional materials and information necessary for Program Launch. Provide Cadence. Maintain a calendar of future launches, communicating and educating launch process out to the operational Stakeholders.
  • Deliverables – Build, maintain, and communicate product launch plans and track the deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies from the cross functional Launch Team. Assist in the attainment of Program revenue growth and attachment during the initial post-launch period through the development and implementation of new Programs and enhancements to value proposition messaging.
  • People Management – Managing relations and responsible for working with peers in Program/Sales Management, Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal from Program Launch inception throughout readiness.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree is required, Business, Marketing, Economics or other related majors are preferred 
  • Experience – Client-facing, consulting and/or project management experience with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and manage projects at different stages of development and execution simultaneously. Used to working in a self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Demonstrated history of managing complex projects.
  • Languages – Advance English C1-C2.
  • Tools/Systems – Mastery of basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365,Web Conferencing tools) fluency using CRM systems, and Reporting Tools (PowerBI, Excel, PowerApps, Project and etc.) required

Critical Competencies:

  • Highly driven self-starter, motivated, with excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to work independently and productively in an unstructured environment
  • Strong attention to detail & able to effectively operate as a matrix manager in coordinating people and resources from multiple areas of departments
  • Ability to handle several tasks and juggle multiple priorities & adapting well to new technologies

  • Develop and implement program plans for product, marketing and go-to-market programs/projects
  • Execute deep-dive analysis addressing key business issues and present findings to stakeholders
