  • As a Regional HR Assistant, you’ll manage HR administration processes across the entire employee lifecycle
  • You’ll act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related queries
  • Your work will ensure compliance with Swiss regulations while supporting a smooth and efficient HR operation
  • This role is available as a part-time opportunity with 60%

What you'll do

In this role, you’ll provide operational HR support within agreed service timeframes, including:

As well as this, you’ll be:

  • Managing core processes such as onboarding, transfers, offboarding, absence and leave management, contract preparation, and responding to employee and manager queries
  • Maintaining and updating employee files and records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with Swiss legal and regulatory requirements
  • Preparing official documents such as reference letters, employment confirmations, and documentation for authorities (e.g., unemployment office, compensation office)
  • Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring adherence to policies and practices
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR systems and policies
  • Collaborating with global Payroll and HR Administration teams and supporting the local HR Business Partner
  • Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, including digitalization and process
    optimization

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • General HR experience in Switzerland, ideally within banking or financial services
  • Knowledge of HR operational processes and systems (Workday experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • A solid understanding of Swiss HR, labor, tax, and social security legislation
