- As a Regional HR Assistant, you’ll manage HR administration processes across the entire employee lifecycle
- You’ll act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related queries
- Your work will ensure compliance with Swiss regulations while supporting a smooth and efficient HR operation

What you'll do
In this role, you’ll provide operational HR support within agreed service timeframes, including:
As well as this, you’ll be:
- Managing core processes such as onboarding, transfers, offboarding, absence and leave management, contract preparation, and responding to employee and manager queries
- Maintaining and updating employee files and records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with Swiss legal and regulatory requirements
- Preparing official documents such as reference letters, employment confirmations, and documentation for authorities (e.g., unemployment office, compensation office)
- Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring adherence to policies and practices
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR systems and policies
- Collaborating with global Payroll and HR Administration teams and supporting the local HR Business Partner
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, including digitalization and process
optimization
The skills you'll need
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- General HR experience in Switzerland, ideally within banking or financial services
- Knowledge of HR operational processes and systems (Workday experience preferred)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience working in an international environment
- A solid understanding of Swiss HR, labor, tax, and social security legislation
