Position Summary

Mission of the role:

Be the strategic HR partner to our senior-most leaders removing barriers to their HR activity and shaping a talent strategy that aligns with their business goals moving the work forward. 

Role detail:
This position is a key member of the HRBP team that supports our MinuteClinic organization.  Supported by the HR Centers of Excellence specialized in specific functional areas, the Sr. Manager HRBP identifies the consultative requirements of the business and defines the human capital solutions that drive the business goals forward.  This role is influential with the business leaders as their thought partner and drive high-performing leaders that lead a high-performing culture. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner and consult closely with leaders to translate business priorities into bold HR strategies and initiatives.

  • Assess and optimize organizational design to unlock performance, new ways of approaching job design and effectiveness.

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner, guiding people strategy and influencing key business decisions.

  • Lead and contribute to projects that advance HR processes, drive engagement, and champion inclusion at all levels. Leverage HR’s advanced analytics tools to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. Utilize tools such as Workday and Tableau to analyze workforce trends, turnover, and engagement. Transform complex data into compelling stories that enable leaders to make informed, evidence-based choices aligned with organizational goals.

  • Promote change readiness, equipping leaders and teams to navigate transformation with confidence and minimal disruption.

  • Collaborate and engage HR Centers of Excellence to excel at change planning, engagement of our talent and reinforce HR policies and practices.

  • Lead by example using our Enterprise Values.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years’ experience in HR or organizational behavior, with proven impact in dynamic environments.

  • A strong, confident consulting presence and toolkit: problem-solving, decision-making, and the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Passion for collaboration and teamwork, energizing those around you and building high-performing teams.

  • Growth mindset: you embrace learning, agility, and developing both yourself and others.

  • Drive for execution—planning, delivering, process improvement and following through to results/outcomes.

  • Confidence and depth of experience with HR data, analytics, AI tools, and the ability to tell a compelling story with data.

  • Excellence in project management, and prioritizing your work.

  • Ability to travel 15%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR Certification.

  • Experience providing HR support in a geographically-diverse, field-based client group.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred for equal years of relevant experience may be considered.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $182,549.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
