Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects.

Summary: As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in the analysis and design of innovative business processes. Your typical day will involve monitoring process performance and providing constructive feedback. You will collaborate closely with business users to identify and articulate detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that the processes align with organizational goals. Additionally, you will facilitate process redesign initiatives, acting as a vital liaison to the business community while offering guidance on all aspects of change management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development of process documentation and training materials to support new business processes. - Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the redesigned processes meet their needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Product Lifecycle Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and redesign methodologies. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. - Familiarity with change management principles to support process transitions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Product Lifecycle Management. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
