Summary: As a VIS and BI Strategy Practitioner, you will engage in the development of a comprehensive vision for Visual Information Systems and Business Intelligence. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to assess opportunities, create business cases, and formulate modernization strategies that align with industry standards. You will also guide clients in identifying relevant metrics and measures, ensuring that the VIS and BI initiatives are effectively integrated into their operations. Additionally, you will work on driving adoption and facilitating decision-making processes, ultimately measuring the value generated from these initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of VIS and BI strategies. - Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains at the forefront of VIS and BI advancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. - Experience in developing and implementing VIS and BI strategies across various industries. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding of VIS and BI initiatives. - Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices to ensure data integrity and compliance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Kinaxis. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
