This position is under ICG TTS Operations Technology (OpsTech) Group , to help the implementation of next generation Digital Automation Platform and Imaging Workflow Technologies. The Candidate is required to possess relevant experience in managing development teams in the distributed systems Eco-System and should be a strong team player.

It is expected that the candidate will have superior technical knowledge of current programming languages, technologies and other leading edge development tools.The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications, systems analysis, and programming activities.

We are looking for and experienced hands-on Xceptor/Talend developer with very good understanding of ETL technologies and working knowledge of MS SQL DB.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications and understanding on inter-relationships with other systems.
• Strong technology skills including extensive exposure to ETL tools like Xceptor or Talend with background of .NET/Java
• Working knowledge of RDBMS like MS SQL Server
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
• Exposure to Agile Development Lifecycle, Code reviews, test case reviews and ensure code developed meets the requirements
• Experience in CI/CD such as Team City, SVN-GIT
• Scripting knowledge such as PowerShell/Linux shell scripting
• Conduct testing and debugging, utilize script tools, and write basic code for design specifications. ​
• Creates and produces IT architecture designs to translate user requirements into solutions.
• Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems.
• Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications.
• Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging.
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or junior analysts.

Must Have Skills:

• Minimum 9+ years of Hands-on Technology experience
• Experience of working on complex multi-system, distributed, highly scalable enterprise application. 
• Should have strong hands-on experience on one of low code technology platform like Xceptor etc.
• Experience using ALM and CI/CD tools like Bitbucket, TFS, Jenkins, UDeploy, BMC RLM or related tools in an agile methodology.
• Experience within a banking/finance environment would be preferable.
• Experience in Solution governance and quality assurance
• Experience in working in both waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 9-12 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently given general guidance.
• Experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies with application development projects
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
