Project Role : Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Summary: As a Cloud Services Engineer, you will serve as a vital link between clients and Accenture's operations teams, facilitating support and managing escalations. Your typical day will involve communicating the health of service delivery to stakeholders, addressing performance issues, and ensuring that cloud orchestration and automation capabilities function effectively. You will also hold performance meetings to discuss data and trends, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on service delivery. - Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders to inform decision-making. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services. - Experience with automation tools and orchestration frameworks. - Familiarity with monitoring and performance management tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cloud service issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
