Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Position Summary
Assist the migration vendor with mediating & resolving LOB scheduling escalations Ensure the vendor has adequate reporting to address: the schedule, issues tracking, project progress Attend regularly scheduled Pre-planning and post migration conference calls
Note: Most of the deployment upgrades will be scheduled on Friday evenings/nights and Saturdays; the candidate will be required from time to time to adjust work schedule to work a Friday evening or Saturday, and alternate weekend work with another team member One candidate will be asked to work an adjusted schedule to support the EMEA migrations – 6am to 3pm – would be the normal work hours for the person supporting EMEA, with the same adjustment required for weekend work noted for the other candidate
