Opportunity

CACI is seeking a Program Finance Manager who will be overseeing a team of analysts and managing complex portfolio of contracts. Responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting. Requirements may include: program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi -year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.

The position is remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Program Financial Analysts
  • Provide support to Program Managers and PMO team members in the preparation and analysis of project financial data and other contract, project, or business-related tasks.
  • Prepare project cost/schedule baselines, management financial reports, and monthly program review financial slides.
  • Duties may include contract accounting and reporting as it relates to invoicing, resolving unbilled items, and reviewing DSO.
  • Compile financial controls, procedures, system requirements, and forecasting techniques, as directed, to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.
  • Monitor progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met while tracking funding and ceiling amounts for respective tasks/CLINS.
  • Conduct monthly financial analysis to determine root cause variance analysis (variance analysis, risk analysis, profit/loss analysis, etc.).
  • Provide Subcontractor reporting to include funding & expected expenditures to Subcontracts program management.
  • Provide oversight in the creation and review of monthly and quarterly EACs.
  • Ability to provide guidance and resolution for team members regarding program deliverables.
  • Coordinate and lead data call completion pertaining to assigned program.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or a related fi eld
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in program finance using financial management software (SAP, ORACLE ERP, SmartView, COGNOS reporting, Costpoint).
  • Must be well experienced working with big data sets with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillset (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot/reprioritize deadlines to ensure accurate and timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience managing project financials for US Government DoD programs.
  • Familiarity with the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARs (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement).
  • Familiarity with DoD FMR (Financial Management Regulation).

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,200-$130,600
