Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Job Requirements Key Responsibilities 1. Support DBA Activities associated with SQL Server 2. Ability to lead projects / project team with little oversight. 3. Technical guidance to L1/L2/L3 on project Technical Experience 1. Experience in SQL server database administration SQL 2012/2014/2016/2019 2. Strong SQL Skills - Installing and upgrading SQL servers; database engine; SSRS; SSIS; SSAS 3Supporting the On-prem DBs. 3. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the underlying SQL architecture and features 5Experience with SQL migrations and build outs. 4. Strong troubleshooting skills as it relates to SQL Server 5. Strong understanding of VMWare and virtualization technologies is a plus. Professional Attributes 1. Strong critical thinking skills 2. Ability to solve issues as required especially during migration/cutover activities. 3. Contribute to process and procedures. 4. Prepare Documentation SOPs 5. Create and maintain infrastructure Best Practices and How-To documentation.
