Summary: As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise in functional, technical, industry, and tools/methods. A typical day involves engaging with various stakeholders to understand their needs, facilitating discussions to align on solution design, and ensuring that the delivery meets the established objectives. You will also be involved in reviewing project progress and providing guidance to ensure that the solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with industry standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into project strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong understanding of system integration and architecture design principles. - Experience in developing and implementing scalable solutions. - Proficient in stakeholder management and communication. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
