NLP team (Zoom 中国）使用包括NLP在内的AI技术服务于Zoom的多个业务，如呼叫中心（Zoom Contact Center），智能客服（Zoom Virtual Agent），Zoom客户端主搜，即时聊天（Zoom Team Chat）等。我们致力于解决业务中遇到的各种技术难题，如命名实体识别，文本摘要，基于知识库的问答，搜索词预处理，任务型对话系统，向量检索等。
团队氛围活泼，业务范围也比较宽。

岗位职责：
1.负责使用NLP技术在任务型对话系统、智能问答、智能客服助手等方向和产品上的研发工作。
2.负责解决命名实体识别、情感分析、文本分类/抽取、内容理解、意图识别、多轮交互、检索模型等NLP领域核心技术难题。
3.负责相关产品算法的模型训练和服务部署。
4.负责NLP前沿问题的研究，特别是新一代任务型对话、文档型对话、表格型对话、多模态对话、自然语言生成等方向，通过实际应用场景，提供技术解决方案及技术规划。

任职资格:
1.自然语言处理、人工智能、机器学习等相关专业的硕士及以上学历。
2.具备任务型对话系统、开放域知识问答系统或其他NLP相关领域的实际项目经验，熟练掌握相关产品的技术框架和实现路径。
3.至少3年以上自然语言处理相关经验，熟悉自然语言处理、机器学习、深度学习等相关算法，对自然语言生成算法原理有较深认识。
4.具备良好的编程能力，良好的编程规范，熟练掌握Python/C++/Java开发语言，掌握数据结构和算法设计，熟练掌握至少一种常见的深度学习框架。
5.有一定的数据清洗处理能力，熟悉大数据平台如Hadoop/Hive/Spark等优先。
6.要具备基本的英文听说能力，其中优秀者优先。
7.有优秀的英文学术协作能力，在英文期刊和学术顶会上发表过学术论文者优先。
