Job Description
As an Engineer 3, Software Development specializing in Middleware, AI/ML Integration, and Automation, you will design and develop advanced automation solutions, leveraging AI/ML the latest in AI/ML technologies. This highly specialized role focuses on integrating third-party applications, building CI/CD pipelines, and extending automation capabilities using AI and Machine learning, including large language models (LLMs). You will work on developing scalable solutions that automate complex telecom and enterprise systems while ensuring seamless cross-platform communication and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop middleware integration frameworks that automate interactions between telecom systems (Cisco Broadsoft, Sonus SBC) and third-party applications, while leveraging AI/ML technologies to extend automation capabilities.
- Develop AI/ML-driven automation solutions, including the integration of large language models (LLMs), to streamline middleware deployments, third-party app integrations, and infrastructure management processes.
- Lead the development of CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment, testing, and integration of middleware solutions and third-party applications, incorporating AI/ML models to optimize software delivery.
- Integrate third-party applications into middleware platforms, developing software solutions to automate communication and data exchange, using AI/ML for intelligent decision-making and adaptive automation.
- Architect and automate infrastructure environments (RHVM on HPE Synergy) using Ansible, focusing on integrating AI/ML technologies for advanced system configurations and middleware platform management.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable automated testing, integration, and deployment of middleware and AI/ML-powered systems, ensuring fast and reliable software releases.
- Implement AI/ML-driven validation strategies for middleware solutions and third-party applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and adaptability through advanced automation techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and integration requirements, including the application of large language models for predictive analytics, natural language processing, and automation enhancements.
- Lead the design and code review process for middleware and AI/ML integrations, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues involving middleware platforms, third-party applications, AI/ML models, and networking components, driving continuous improvement in software solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with a focus on software development, automation, and AI/ML technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, focusing on building automation frameworks for middleware solutions, third-party app integration, and AI/ML-based automation.
- Expertise in development of protocol synthetics (sip, rtp, https, diameter, imap, pop3) and infrastructure automation tools like Ansible for server builds, middleware deployments, and large language models (Llama).
- Proven experience in developing and automating CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing and continuous delivery of middleware, third-party applications, and AI/ML-powered systems.
- Strong proficiency in middleware development for telecom systems (Cisco Broadsoft, Sonus SBC) and hands-on experience in integrating third-party applications with AI/ML models and enterprise platforms.
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure automation and private cloud management (RHVM, HPE Synergy), with a focus on integrating AI/ML models to enhance automation capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including experience working with large language models (LLMs), predictive analytics, and natural language processing to improve automation.
- Proven ability to lead software development and AI/ML integration projects, focusing on automating middleware, third-party systems, and enhancing performance with AI-driven solutions.
- Experience developing AI/ML-powered automated testing solutions within CI/CD pipelines to validate middleware, third-party app integrations, and AI/ML models for optimal performance and scalability.
