General Details: 

  • Fully remote position 
  • Working hours (40 hours/week any timezone) 
  • Employment type: Contractor.
  • Compensation in USD.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients' stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive value, revenue, and/or cost savings.
  •  Drive analysis of ROI, feasibility, cost, and impact of business initiatives, transforming them into product development aligned with clients’ strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients' stakeholders, product owners, BAs, and technical teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products meeting customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with commercial, customer success, and C-level teams to identify new opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Develop and present business cases and product roadmaps for clients.
  • Lead UX/UI design tasks, provide direction and mentorship to a team of designers, ensuring software products meet industry trends and client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business analysis and transforming initiatives into functional requirements.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the digital product development lifecycle.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, both with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Previous experience collaborating on UX/UI design (not in a leadership role) is a plus.
