Collections Analyst

Location: Manila, Philippines

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices
  • Send reminders and collections notices on past due invoices
  • Recommend deactivations for past due accounts and/or work stoppage

on past due implementations

  • Drive resolution of disputes including tax, POs, billing and other issues,

while monitoring trends of disputes

  • AR refund requests
  • Escalate payment plan requests to Senior or above in accordance with

department policy

  • Maintain customer records including contacts, payment trends, and

payment runs

  • Log daily collections activity
  • Reconcile customer accounts
  • Escalate bankruptcy filings to lead and manager
  • Collaborate with internal and external representatives to address issues
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal parties
  • Internal projects, as required

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Collections, with a majority in the Technology Industry
  • Experience in the tech and SaaS experience (highly preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, high level of curiosity, find solutions and deliver

results

  • Solid experience with key financial tools and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)

as well as Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
