Position Summary:

We are seeking a UX Designer who specializes in creating applications tailored for industrial environments. This role demands a deep understanding of industrial workflows, safety standards, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will design applications that seamlessly integrate into the existing processes of industrial users, focusing on enhancing user interaction while ensuring safety and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing user-centric designs that incorporate AI technology to simplify complex processes and help users efficiently navigate through large volumes of data to reach critical decisions quickly and accurately. You will collaborate closely with UX researchers, AI specialists, and product teams to understand user needs and craft interfaces that are both intuitive and aligned with the demanding conditions of industrial settings.

You Will:

• Design intuitive and effective user interfaces for industrial applications that align with specific persona workflows.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to industry-specific safety and compliance regulations.
• Utilize AI and machine learning technologies to enhance the usability of applications, making complex data more accessible and actionable for the user.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these technologies into user-friendly designs.
• Conduct usability tests and gathering feedback from real-world industrial users to refine and optimize the user experience.

You'll Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design processes.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying ideas and design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
• Experience in responsive design for web and mobile applications.
