INDUSTRIAL PROGRAM MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to serve as an Industrial Program Manager overseeing our strategic capacity project within the factories. This unique Program Manager role will be responsible for managing medium- to large-size projects to aid in the development of the capacity, capability, and strategic initiatives within the future footprint of JLG. This is a crucial role in JLG's future manufacturing strategy as we look to gain efficiencies within our product lines and manufacturing processes.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Create and maintain project documentation for project planning, requirements analysis, risk management, issues management, status reporting, project communication, and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external resource to accomplish program objectives, including change and capital budget management.
  • Plans and directs medium to large operations and major capital equipment industrialization projects to completion.
  • Manages project scope, cost, timeline, integrated schedules, EVM (cost, schedule) and risk assessment.
  • Accepts and delegates authority, established priorities for work delegated to others.
  • Monitor product quality and process control and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Coordinate communication between suppliers, customers, and team members (e.g. Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Assembly, Service, Testing, Quality Control, and Marketing departments) as needed.
  • Prepare and present program status/issues to internal and external customers.
  • Support know-how transfer and maturity of overall plant knowledge of technology, adoption of new technologies, and ensure factories in the regions have the best access to the latest technological thinking and possible solutions.
  • Identify and coordinate all project scope change requests for approval.
  • Work with contract management to meet requirements of contract.
  • Participate in project proposal writing efforts.
  • Use data-driven methodology to validate results.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 4 plus years related work experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to participate in or lead a cross-functional team.
  • Capable of working in a collaborative and team focused environment; open to new ideas
