Job Description
SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure a consistent and engaging employee experience across Capital A organizations and countries of operation.
Support the management of employee experience frameworks and processes, such as onboarding, to maintain their relevance and impact on Allstars.
Design and administer surveys (e.g., ENPS, pulse surveys) to gauge employee sentiment, and collaborate with country culture/HR heads to provide actionable recommendations based on the results.
Coordinate and support change management projects, ensuring that people workstreams align with broader organizational goals.
Assist in organizing and executing events, wellbeing programs, and other initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
