Job Description

SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure a consistent and engaging employee experience across Capital A organizations and countries of operation.

  • Support the management of employee experience frameworks and processes, such as onboarding, to maintain their relevance and impact on Allstars.

  • Design and administer surveys (e.g., ENPS, pulse surveys) to gauge employee sentiment, and collaborate with country culture/HR heads to provide actionable recommendations based on the results.

  • Coordinate and support change management projects, ensuring that people workstreams align with broader organizational goals.

  • Assist in organizing and executing events, wellbeing programs, and other initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • 2-3 years of experience in Culture with a focus on onboarding, training, facilitation, and employee experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess employee needs, evaluate feedback, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for improving the work environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with employees and management at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
  • A dynamic and energetic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
