The Product Employee Experience (PEX) team works to make our Product and Engineering organization the best Product team in the tech industry. We work to build connection, community and belonging in our organization, so that we can foster a healthy, happy, and high-performing culture.

 

As a Product Employee Experience Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for both general administrative tasks and time-sensitive requests from stakeholders across the Product organization. We are seeking a Coordinator who is passionate about providing top-tier support to our employees, while thinking creatively about how we can continuously improve the global employee experience for both large and small requests.

 

In this role you will:

  • Support the HubSpot Product team as the go-to person for culture and events-related tasks, including:
    • Welcoming new hires to Product through community-building programing and in-office global onboarding initiatives
    • Organizing regional office events and programming, both in Dublin and across our other EMEA offices
    • Coordinating delight moments for our employees 
    • Booking office spaces and local venues for in-person events
    • Assisting in event management and travel preparation for large-scale marquee events
    • Be available to travel on average once per quarter to support our in-person programming (Product Summits, offsites, in-person office events and engagements)

 

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
  • Enthusiasm for exceptional customer service, no matter how large or small the request
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative ideas as to how we can continually improve and scale our support experience
  • Experience in customer support or hospitality industry a plus

 

Location: Office/Flex in Dublin (in 2-3 days/week)
