Project Manager/Sr Project Manager - SAP / Oracle / Any ERP

About the Role :

  • Project Management - leads project planning sessions with team members to outline scope and approach. Typically works on multiple complex projects/issues at a time that often requires a strong subject matter expertise.
  • Communications/Status Reporting - maintains a clear line of communication with client and team. Prepares status updates for projects and regularly communicates and shares knowledge with rest of the firm.
  • Leadership - spends a portion of time managing team or providing guidance. Has autonomy to make exceptions that follow established guidelines. Responsible for cost of own team/project, and/or contributing to forecasting budgets and recommending expenditure.
  • Travel : There is a travel requirement 30% of the time.
  • Location: Base location will be Bangalore.

About You:

You're fit for the role of Project Manager/Sr Project Manager-SAP/Oracle/Any ERP if your background includes:

  • Years of Experience: 9 - 15 Years
  • Education: BE/MCA/ MBA
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal Must have working experience with consulting project Implementation projects.
  • Must have experience in consulting or supporting clients in India, US or Europe – either over conference calls or in-person Must be able to demonstrate analytical/critical thinking.
  • Should have a good understanding of O2C (order to cash) and/or P2P (procure to pay) business processes. Experience with implementing or integrating third party enterprise tax products (e.g. Determination, Taxware and/or Vertex) or legal products (e.g. HighQ, Contract Express, App4legal or similar) is highly desired.
  • Must be able to travel within India and outside India. Up to 30% travel is expected. 
  • Experience working for consulting or professional services organizations ie. Systems Integrators, ERP consulting firms or “Big-4”, specializing in the areas of trade management, supply chain management, transportation management and/or tax/legal technology.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Good communication and coordinating skill.
  • Can effectively communicate project expectations to all team members and stakeholders including client senior management, business representatives, partners, customers, and consultants.
  • Excellent English communication skill.
  • Excellent Inter Personal skills.
