Major Accountabilities

• Leads and develops both short/long-term channel strategies and tactics by brand, ensuring alignment with Marketing strategies and objectives.
• Designs and implements channel-specific promotions/events that support overall business targets and objectives.
• Identifies and Reports opportunities or challenges based on key insights by analysing monthly Sales/Share/Price metrics by channel.
• Maintain vigilance to respond promptly to competitor promotions, events, and activities, particularly within top key retail chains, in close coordination with KAMs.
• Drives Joint Business Planning (JBP) with top 3 key chains, collaborating closely with KAM to ensure successful execution.
• Develop POSMs and promotional visuals (in-store and online), ensuring clear messaging, strong visual impact, brand consistency, and compliance.
• Manages communication with sales, cross functional, regional, and international teams to deliver the business goals by driving stakeholders to common objectives.
• Effectively allocate resources according to annual budget.
• Efficient, timely and accurate reporting of sales and marketing reports.
• Manages external agencies (Design and others).
• Comply with all legal, regulatory, and ethical business requirements in executing the assigned roles and responsibilities as defined in the local regulation and the Corporate procedure.
