The Senior TA Partner is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of enterprise-wide early careers programs, such as college recruiting/internships and apprenticeships. Additional career programs include veteran hiring, disability hiring, returnships, and rotational training programs. This person will make an impact by driving successful talent attraction initiatives to help shape the Group 1001 workforce!

Responsibilities:

  • Execution and delivery of all program milestones including active sourcing, recruiting, as well as continuous improvement of all Group 1001 careers programs.
  • Partnering with leadership teams and HRBPs as needed to ensure clear, timely communication on expectations and deliverables of all early career initiatives.
  • Coordination and partnership with internal stakeholders including but not limited to trainings, recruiting, employee and recruiting events, etc.
  • Attendance at high school, intern, new grad and apprentice recruitment cycles and events (including information sessions and other recruitment activities as needed).
  • Partnering with HRBPs and L&D to develop and identify future skill needs and requirements for early career pipelines.
  • Monitoring and managing the project efforts and budgets allocated for the programs.
  • Working with internal stakeholders on establishing employer brand and marketing strategy for the Early Careers/Apprenticeship Programs.
  • Leading and driving summer high school, intern, new grad and apprentice learning activities, social events, and networking.
  • Building strong relationships across Group 1001, including with business leaders, as well as internal HR stakeholders.
  • Ensuring Group 1001 maintains a competitive offering for early careers talent by staying updated on trends and market practice.
  • Collaborating with L&D to share best practices, develop new programs and ensure Group 1001’s early careers program is best in class in sourcing, recruiting and hiring top talent to the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, communications or associated field
  • 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
  • 1-2 years’ experience leading and building early career or university relations programs and associated initiatives
  • Creative problem solver with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience working with and recruiting from colleges, high schools and/or alternative avenues for talent
  • Experience in project management is strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed for career fair events (some may be overnight to source specialized talent, e.g actuarial, etc) – up to 25% depending on recruiting cycle
  • Knowledge of and experience with recruiting technology (i.e. Workday, Handshake, etc.)

Work Location:

This is a hybrid position based out of our Zionsville, IN, office located at 10555 Group 1001 Way. All candidates must be local to the Indianapolis metro area and willing to commute to that office on a regular basis.
