Sabre People Team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Montevideo, UY who will report to the Talent Acquisition Director based in the global headquarters in Southlake, TX. The Manager will be regarded as a trusted talent leader among hiring managers and business partners, driving hiring strategy for Latin America. This role requires someone with strong recruitment experience, business acumen, and the ability to build effective relationships across diverse cultures.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders, hiring managers and the people team to create and drive strategic and tactical recruiting, identifying critical talent needs and developing pipelines for the region.
  • Lead and manage a recruiting team to develop strategic plans that deliver on workforce needs, placing top talent and promoting Sabre as an employer of choice.
  • Build pipelines with creative sourcing methods through various channels, including social media, campus recruiting and networking.
  • Recruit, conduct interviews, reference checks, and extend offers while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Manage pre-hire onboarding process.
  • Represent the company culture and employer brand as an ambassador at recruiting events.
  • Create decks and present recruiting updates, trends and projects to stakeholders with data and storytelling.
  • Lead a variety of projects prioritizing the candidate experience and process improvement.
  • Support University Recruiting Programs
  • Maintain confidentiality while focusing on data integrity and security.
  • Responsible for meeting hiring objectives.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with vendors.
  • Lead System (Workday) testing for LAC.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Preferred education and job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience with proven experience working and influencing business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of recruiters with varying levels of experience.
  • Significant corporate full life cycle recruiting experience at all skill levels with technical and functional roles.
  • Project management experience on a corporate level.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
  • Advanced English level both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and cultural nuances in Latin America
  • Passion for recruiting, solution focused mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond to accomplish goals.
  • Experience with global recruiting.
  • Exposure to Workday a plus.
