Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver the routine checking of compliance tasks on time

• Able to identify risks and recommend necessary changes for improvements in daily routine tasks

• Ensure the compliance issues within Digital & Technology Solutions are being properly evaluated, investigated, and resolved in timely manner

• Assisting in the development of new processes and procedures

• Follow up vulnerability status with operational teams

• Perform security testing for systems before go-live

• Facilitate internal/external audits with auditors to provide information with regards to IT devices, procedures, policies, and processes

• Ensure accurate documentation or quality information is prepared and provide timely status update to management

• Take initiative to maintain and refine policies and procedures under compliance team in order to reflect the current practice and cope with the regulations and best practice

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in information technology, finance, audit, compliance, risk management or any other relevant experience

• Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Audit, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent related field, possess professional IT/audit qualification(s) such as CISA, CISSP, ACCA and CPA is an advantage

• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and SQL is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with concepts of corporate governance, risks management, internal control & data security.

• Technical background with knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.  

• Highly motivated with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, remain organized and be able to work under pressure

• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skill

• Good communication, problem-solving skill and strong sense of ownership and accountability
