Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver the routine checking of compliance tasks on time.
• Able to identify risks and recommend necessary changes for improvements in daily routine tasks.
• Ensure the compliance issues within Digital & Technology Solutions are being properly evaluated, investigated, and resolved in timely manner.
• Assisting in the development of new processes and procedures
• Establish automation processes to reduce manual efforts and increase efficiency.
• Follow up vulnerability status with operational teams.
• Perform security testing for systems before go-live.
• Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to identify trends, anomalies, and potential compliance risks. 
• Facilitate internal/external audits with auditors to provide information with regards to IT devices, procedures, policies, and processes.
• Take initiative to maintain and refine policies and procedures under compliance team in order to reflect the current practice and cope with the regulations and best practice
• Ensure accurate documentation or quality information is prepared and provide timely status update to management.  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Information Technology, Finance, Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.

  Candidates demonstrating extensive relevant experience will be considered for a Senior Analyst position.

• Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Audit, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field; Possession of certifications such as CISA, CISP, CISSP, ACCA, CPA, or other equivalent professional qualifications is advantageous.

• Good in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

• Familiarity with scripting languages or data tools (e.g., SQL, VBA, Python, Power BI) is a plus.

• Highly motivated with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, remain organized, and work well under pressure.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Exposure to relevant IT domains such as IT audit, data security, applications, or infrastructure (e.g., databases, networks.) is advantageous.
