Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary project contact both internally and externally to assigned projects
Manage all aspects for project delivery, support and close-out of eCOA systems, ensuring overall quality and efficiency
Manage study finances related to eCOA to ensure project activities are performed within budget and according to expected timelines while meeting high quality standards
Manage cross-functional teams
Coordinate with and manage deliverables with external vendors
Facilitate and provide expert guidance related to the technical aspects during the project setup and configuration
Facilitate development and support for system data integrations
Prepare and provide system training
Proactively and effectively communicate with both internal and external clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients to increase satisfaction and deepen relationships
Ensure compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures
Lead problem-solving including management of risk and issue resolution
Provide timely project status reporting
Serve as an Subject Matter Expert(SME) to propose solutions to challenges
Participate in process improvement and development activities
Mentor junior staff
Participate in bid defense meetings as needed
Participate in regulator and sponsor audits as needed
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years related project/program management experience.
Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
Management of system development process within the pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred
Excellent client relationship experience required.
Strong presentation and communication skills required.
Experience with the MS Office Suite.
