Match Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Relations Partner to conduct investigations into employee relations concerns and support overall positive workforce engagement. This role will be responsible for actively conducting and managing global investigations across Match Group’s portfolio of leading brands.

Match Group’s exciting portfolio of brands include Tinder, OkCupid, Hinge, Plenty of Fish, Eureka, Hyperconnect, and many others. This is a chance to join a global legal team that is proactive, collaborative and highly respected, and to work closely with internal clients in a fast-paced and challenging environment.  

The successful candidate will leverage prior experience in a similar role to establish best practices in employee relations/investigations and will report to our VP, Sr. Counsel, Labor & Employment.

This is a hybrid position based in Dallas, New York, or Los Angeles requiring two days of in-office collaboration. We will consider well-qualified candidates needing to work in a remote office as well.
