As a Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA), you lead, coach and mentor a team dedicated to the attraction and acquisition of strategic talent. You are a strategic partner within the TA team working to continuously evolve the global TA process.
You’re a natural relationship builder, partnering with our business leaders and People and Culture Business Partner team to identify needs and match them with phenomenal humans. You are a spokesperson and facilitator for our organization, and you strive to continuously improve the way we work and how we contribute to an excellent candidate and employee experience.
Your portfolio includes our Merchandising, Planning and Allocation, Brand Marketing and Creative Design teams located in North Vancouver, Portland and Tokyo.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, you will work with collaborative team of energetic global recruiters who are focused on attracting and selecting the best candidates for our corporate teams while ensuring an incredible candidate experience every step of the way.
Your direct reports include the lead Creative Design recruiter and Brand, Merchandise Recruiter.
