The Contract Manager plays a critical role in driving and managing the negotiation of Noggin’s customer contracts. This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to work with prominent global brands.
In close partnership with our business development team, as well as our business leaders, this role will lead complex negotiations for both new and existing customer agreements. Responsibilities include identifying potential risks, securing favourable terms, and ensuring legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial and Contract Maintenance:
Oversee the contract management system, including process management, compliance reporting, and documentation updates.
Maintain and update standard contract templates; select appropriate templates for agreements.
Brief internal leadership and external counsel on commercial matters.
Commercial Process:
Lead and manage complex commercial contract negotiations, especially for cloud software sales.
Review and triage client Master SaaS templates and amendments.
Identify issues requiring detailed legal review.
Administer internal approval, external review, and signature workflows.
Collaborate on improving cross-team education, playbooks, contract templates, and legal processes.
Prioritise contracts based on business needs.
Customer-Facing Commercial Engagement:
Prepare for and attend customer meetings on commercial matters.
Obtain legal input on customer documents and modifications.
Handle customer requests and organise legal review meetings.
Ensure contract language meets country-specific requirements.
Internal Team Commercial Engagement:
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams on contract-related matters.
Confirm scope of work and licences with relevant teams, and integrate into contracts.
Adhere to internal compliance requirements.
Record and triage compliance issues in the contract database.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with excellent academic credentials
4+ years as a Contracts Manager or similar experience, preferably within an enterprise B2B SaaS Software company
Software licensing, especially SaaS model transactions
Experience in addressing contractual issues in cloud, data security, privacy, and intellectual property matters strongly preferred.

Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once and in a timely manner
