Responsible for the technical preparation and technical support of projects, as per the corresponding work centers in the workshop.
Provide the support to technical team manager, work center team leader and workshop on capitalization and upgrading of manufacturing method & technology, to ensure work centers in workshop to operate efficiently with requirement of safety and quality.

• Prepare project Material Procurement Request (quantity and TRS) and manufacturing technical documents or subcontract requirements, in accordance with the requirements of code, standard and organization procedure as well as obligated requirement by the project.

• Based on the project milestones or production plan, to follow up the input of documents as per corresponding work centers in workshop, ensure the on-time delivery of materials and technical documents to workshop work center.

• Keep on effective cooperation among all the stakeholders: Engineering, Supply Chain, Workshop.

• Follow up the manufacturing progress in workshop, keep close contact with workshop work center. To realize and timely solve the technical problems during manufacturing, and support efficiency upgrading of workshop through continuous improvement.

• Research and do capitalization for manufacturing technology and method in related field, provide support to workshop on improvement of safety, quality and efficiency.

• Participate in review meetings, such as: design review meeting and fabrication review meeting etc.; Participate in the internal audit and propose preventive/corrective measurements.

• Evaluate supplier technical solutions, assess and confirm subcontract engineering quantity.

• Optimize relative technical preparation template, upgrade quality and efficiency of the technical preparations template.

• Performing the job assigned by team manager and work center team leader, to support the overall improvement of technical team.

 

您是合适的人选么？

 

• Majored in mechanics, bachelor degree or above.

• 5-year work experience related in boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels and other process piping project manufacturing preparation.

• Plenty specific knowledge of pressure vessel; know well the codes of pressure vessel GB/T 150, TSG 21, ASME.

• Good at using computer drawing, such as AutoCAD, MicroStation.

• Good communication in English (oral and written English).

• Good communication and coordination skills to solve problems
