The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the Hull Form and Propulsor Testing Branch (Code 853) at NSWC Carderock Division
This role supports test article design, fabrication oversight, assembly, and maintenance for submarine resistance and powering, surface ship resistance and powering, and tow tank and water tunnel propulsor evaluation hardware.
Responsibilities:
The Mechanical Engineer responsibilities include experimental test planning, experimental design, instrumentation selection and development to meet test objectives. They will also be responsible for assisting with fabrication and assembly of test components and presenting information at various stages of the process.
