As Operation Director of Influencer Management, you'll lead a high-performing team, overseeing campaign execution and optimizing workflows. You'll collaborate across departments, manage influencer relations, and ensure alignment with business goals. Key responsibilities include strategy development, relationship building, and maintaining compliance with legal and financial standards.

What You Will Do

Team Management & Strategic Leadership

  • Lead and oversee the Influencer Management team, ensuring high-quality execution across all projects.
  • Coach, train, and improve team processes to boost productivity and work quality.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture, promoting accountability and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to align with the division’s goals and business objectives in collaboration with senior management.

Operational Oversight

  • Manage and optimize workflows for influencer onboarding, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
  • Act as the influencer marketing expert, working with internal teams (Account, Planning, Creative, Creator Growth) to develop winning strategies and proposals.
  • Research and propose influencer lists, prepare quotations and optimize KPIs for client campaigns.
  • Serve as the escalation point, ensuring quick issue resolution and alignment with client expectations.

Stakeholder & Influencer Relations

  • Discover new influencers and build strong relationships with key influencers and talent agencies.
  • Negotiate and close deals with influencers, ensuring successful campaign execution and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to set campaign KPIs and ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and execution.
  • Work with business development to explore new influencer collaboration opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and ethical standards in partnership with Finance/Legal/Procurement teams.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 6 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or talent management, with 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing teams of 10-20 members.
  • Strong connections with KOLs/Influencers and 4+ years of experience in influencer booking.
  • Deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and audience engagement strategies; knowledge of Affiliate Marketing is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale campaigns with a strong operational background.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Self-starter with a fast-learning, can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Social-savvy with a keen ability to research and identify new influencers across platforms.
