Job Description​

  • Responsible for providing HR analytics services to clients. This includes analyzing workforce diversity/performance/turnover, etc.; examining impact of HR programs/strategy; and offering tools for further insights. 

  • Gathers insights on the workforce performance and HR programs using industry benchmarks such as return on human capital, revenue per employee, etc. 

  • Analyzes operational data and presents the findings on the implementation and effectiveness of HR programs delivery and methodologies to business partners and leadership.

  • Identifies areas for improvements to workforce productivity and modifications to HR programs as required. 

  • Partner with business functions to understand and interpret reporting requirements. Run and distribute scheduled reports and support business requests for complex ad hoc reports. Create and maintain report catalog to enable end-users to get needed reports.

  • Develop and maintain HR and other business reporting, analytics and dashboards. Ensure dashboard, reporting and embedded analytics supports HR security and access protocols.

  • Develop and maintain simple to complex custom reports using Report Writer and Report Designer and work with functional teams to understand and interpret reporting requirements.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • May also provide planning and forecasting tools for better planning and enhanced productivity.

  • Leverages tools such as Workday People Analytics, Workday Reporting, Workday Prism, Tableau, Azure and additional BI tools.

  • SQL experience would be preferred but not required
