The data infrastructure team is responsible for the data platform that supports Included Health’s technical strategy. This platform manages data processing for our engineering, data science, and analytics teams, ensuring efficient, reliable, and predictable outcomes. Over the next two years, the data infrastructure team will play a crucial role in the organization by developing a cutting-edge, event-driven data platform.

About The Role:

We are seeking a motivated software engineer to join our Data Infrastructure team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our next-generation data platform and collaborate with a talented team of engineers. Our data is unique, and our platform is filled with opportunities. We are looking for enthusiastic talent eager to advance our technology and business to transform the healthcare industry.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: [110,300 - 164,150] + equity + benefits  
Zone B: [132,400-196,950] + equity + benefits  

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones. Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
