• Prepare and file unclaimed property holder reporting for US and Canada.

• Ensure timely completion of accounting close process responsibilities.

• Analyze complex financial transactions and reports, determining accounting reserves, capitalizing of assets, and expense recognition, among other judgments.

• Prepare, verify, and certify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting records.

• Prepare reconciliations, roll forwards, and clears reconciling items timely.

• Identify opportunities to realize efficiencies and implement process improvements.

• Provide financial reporting and analysis to management and business partners.

• Participate in and implement accounting projects, including for new systems, products, or accounting standard changes.

• May function as an accounting liaison and/or provide work direction to less experienced accounting staff.

• Assist with both internal and external financial as well as control audits.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• US GAAP knowledge is required.

• 4+ years financial accounting experience.

• Oracle, Excel, and other financial tool knowledge is preferred.

Salary
The annual base salary range is $59,186.96 - 98,644.93 per year. This role is also eligible to receive short-term incentive bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
