Manulife is looking for this position to support the development and ongoing maintenance of health protection products, as well as sales campaigns. This role will also be involved in supporting other initiatives related to the health protection product line.

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

• Fluency in Chinese and English preferred

On the job you will:

• Support legacy planning tools, issue age extension, saving/life insurance enhancements, and daily works, including creating product materials, product comparison, channel communication, ManuTouch uploads, and customer/agent campaigns.

• Handle ad hoc admin work around special requests/handling for HNW, such as split premium requests and commission adjustment.

• Support the medical repricing exercise and other health-product-related daily work, including product materials, product comparison, channel communication, and ManuTouch uploads.

• Assist in setting up campaign codes and rules in the system, coordinating channel communication for campaign fulfillment, and maintaining a list of future campaign fulfillment.

• Support ILAS fund operations, including liaising with newspapers for notice publication, reviewing fund performance reports, preparing monthly dividend yield leaflets, maintaining out-of-pocket expense logs, and assisting in preparing corporate action notices and filing forms.

• Assist in preparing Chinese versions of RP PWS material drafting and participate in UAT of the website when needed.

• Provide clerical support for ILAS Committee meetings and BAUs, including notices upload to various systems, taking and drafting minutes, and preparing presentation decks if needed.
