Position Title:

Manager Government Business Other Revenue Programs

Job Description:

Title: Manager Government Business other revenue programs (Manager Risk Adjustment Quality Control)

Location:  Chicago IL, Indianapolis IN, Grand Prairie TX, Atlanta GA, Richmond VA, Mason OH

Hours: Monday - Friday

Travel: Hybrid ( 1-2 Days onsite per week)


Position Overview:

Responsible for ensuring the overall success of our Medicare and Medicaid ‘Other’ Revenue programs with the intent of enhancing the revenue we receive from Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and State Medicaid Agencies.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of our ‘Other’ revenue programs in Medicare Advantage and Medicaid

  • Develops metrics, policies and procedures in support of required deliverables and validation of programs ROI while ensuring the programs are in compliance of CMS program requirements

  • Become an internal SME for End-Stage-Renal-Disease and Medicare Secondary Payer end-to-end programs

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluated performance of direct reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years of management experience in a managed care setting with extensive risk adjustment experience with a focus on CMS audit experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Government programs (Medicare & Medicaid) strongly preferred

  • Experience within a Government Programs plan preferred

  • Experience with programs such as: ESRD, MSP, SSI conversions, Part A/Part B
