Key Responsibilities and Major Duties:

Contract Management

  • Support in preparation of Project Briefs for Market Access activities
  • Vendor creation in SAP (not for HCP, HCO)
  • Support in contract creation
  • Contract management in ARIBA (not for HCP, HCO)
  • Statement of Work management
  • Contract file management
  • Issue Purchase Order and process invoices to ensure payment on time

Budget

  • Budget management and control together with Access Operations Managers
  • Assist in the projection 2x year
  • Opening of WBS-Element in RPM
  • Ongoing management of budget file
  • Regular update of Planned/Spend Worksheet (SAP) and control

Payer Affairs Support

Support Manager Payer Affairs with tasks as listed below but not limited to these tasks.

  • Register and deregister vendor in Exception Vendor List
  • Contact health insurance in regards to vendor creation, issuing invoices
  • Process invoices that were beforehand checked and signed by Manager Payer Affairs. Follow-up on payment of these invoices.
  • Update Art. 71 related excel file with invoice information

Pricing & Reimbursement Support

Support Pricing & Reimbursement Team with tasks as listed below but not limited to these tasks.

  • Support of pricing and reimbursement dossiers
  • Support reference pricing analysis
  • Monthly analysis of competitor pricing
  • Manage and update the Life-Cycle-List
  • Manage price list including uploading and contact with Global Order to Cash
  • Prepare mailings for wholesalers

Senior Key Account Manager Support

Support Senior Key Account Manager with tasks as listed below but not limited to these tasks.

  • Prepare price offers and price confirmations according request
  • Contact with Global Order to Cash in regards to price updates
  • Prepare correspondence for annual price / conditions discussions with main stakeholders

Team Support

General administrative tasks and special tasks as listed below.

  • Management of Purchase Order including opening and closing after finalization of a project
  • Invoice Control
  • Inquire for translations
  • Correspondence, invitations and meeting coordination
  • Management of Market Access Director’s expenses and travel
  • Coordinating onboarding plan together with respective Manager
  • Initiating of all relevant eSetups for new employee
