Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing, employee-owned company supporting Department of Defense (DoD) Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) of defensive systems, is searching for a talented MS&A engineer to join our development team.  We are looking for an engineer or scientist with expertise in simulation and/or emulation of DoD systems.  The candidate will direct a team of scientists and engineers to support Verification and Validation (V&V) of high-fidelity High Energy Laser (HEL) simulations.  The candidate will develop test plans to support HEL weapon system simulation V&V and will oversee the implementation and execution of V&V testing. In addition, the candidate will perform software development tasks in support of Directed Energy (DE) weapon system modeling and simulation for customers across the tri-services. Activities will include analysis and interpretation of technical documentation, interface documentation, and hardware to facilitate HEL component and subsystem modeling. Duties will include coordination across multiple teams for planning, execution, and regular reporting of emerging and final MS&A results that will be delivered to senior management and DoD customers.
