Who we are looking for:

The Partner Operations Team is a dynamic and ever evolving team that requires us to be agile and responsive in the support we provide our partners.

As the Partner Operations Specialist you will be responsible for supporting and evolving the Go-To-Market process for the Canada Partner team. You will be an important asset for the team by providing timely information between multiple counterparts. This role is a key collaboration role with numerous stakeholders in Canada & USA, so clear communication is vital for success.

Your role is responsible to provide varying levels of support to the Marketplace Team and cross-functional partners, through different projects, tools and deliverables. This role will require adaptability and an ability to manage through change.

Additionally, your role will focus on (but not limited to) the Quickstrike/Launch process, including ordering special collections and high heat items.

In this role, you will:

  • Supporting the Marketplace Partner team with various business-related projects throughout the season, as required.
  • Coordinate the Quickstrike process for Canada, including working cross-functionally with teams to gather and analyze information to ensure accurate Quickstrike/Launch buys for the Canadian marketplace.
  • Own the Quickstrike Liquidation strategy and process.
  • Lead the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) process in Canada. Including, learning the latest functionality of the tool and training the broader Partner team. Maintain data integrity and communication with key stakeholders throughout the season. Develop best business practices and introduce them to the relevant teams. 
  • You are required to brainstorm initiatives on how to improve the quality and efficiency of processes by working together with Partners Go-To-Market team members and cross-functional teams.

You will directly work with the Canada Partner Operations Manager and the other Canada Partners Operations Specialists. You will build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with Marketplace Leaders, Merchandising, DSM, US Counterparts etc. to deliver a shared result.

Proven track record understanding complex business issues & finding creative solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years’ relevant experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Outlook & Excel skills and proficient across Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience navigating data entry systems
  • Capability to handle multiple projects and effectively prioritize
  • Exceptional verbal, written communication, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship management skills
  • Ability to translate complex problems into simple solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with follow-through to meet deadlines

Travel:

Geo/Territory Travel; 10-20% as required
