TEAM
The Creative Strategy team builds the strategy of Woven City along with the creatives for mainly the Woven City project.  The team supports projects that have company-wide impact, especially directing and advising on communication for Woven by Toyota and Woven City projects.

Creative Strategy TeamはWoven by Toyotaの中でも主にWoven City のプロジェクトにおけるCreative面の観点から戦略の策定を行っています。また各チームにおいてすべてのステークホルダーを対象に行う活動をサポートしており、特に、Woven by ToyotaやWoven Cityのプロジェクトを正しく理解するために行うコミュニケーションに寄与するためのディレクションやアドバイスを行います。

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our newly established Creative Strategy team. 

You will be to understand the Purpose/Vision/Mission of the company as well as the current strategy and guidelines, and to implement them in each project.

You will manage projects across teams, ensuring delivery and alignment with communication objectives. 

これまでWoven CityおよびWoven by Toyotaとして検討してきた、会社の進むべき方向性(Purpose・Vision・Misson)や各種戦略を深く理解するとともに、すでに存在するガイドラインなどを活用し、各プロジェクトへの実装をしていくポストです。Creative Strategyの実装/実行を行うメンバーとして、高いプロジェクト推進能力がある方を求めています。特に、実装に向けたパワーとスピード感、複雑な組織の中で軋轢を起こさず、また周りと連携を欠かさずに、チームでプロジェクトを進め切ることのできる方にきていただければと考えています。

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role is based in Tokyo, Japan, and reports to the Lead of the Creative Strategy Team. Below are the main scope / responsibilities of the role.

・Plan, execute and oversee projects from conception to completion
・Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, marketing, brand, and product development
・Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members and stakeholders and monitor progress to ensure successful project outcomes
・Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing solutions
・Conduct regular syncs and project status meetings and updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged
・Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovative thinking and problem-solving
・Maintain project documentation, including project management tools, reports, proposals, and presentations
