We are looking for an Initiative & Change Management Specialist who will contribute to the ongoing integration and transformation of the Gas Transmission & Midstream (GTM) business unit by facilitating the development, implementation and sustainment of initiatives and projects. This role is accountable for the successful delivery of priority assignments and IMS processes which have the potential to impact a large portion of the organization and drive enhancements in areas including operations, safety, efficiency, and work execution.

What You Will Do:
Change Management / Project Management
Facilitate scope definition and clarify level of support required of team.
Assess changes and stakeholder impacts resulting from initiatives and projects.
Develop strategies and integrated plans with a focus on achievable timeframes and end-user adoption and sustainment.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage risks, issues and interdependencies.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Track and report on progress towards meeting scope, budget and timeline requirements.
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and other key partners.
Conduct change readiness assessments and monitor change adoption.
Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams through the change process.
Business Analysis / Process Optimization
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Gather and document business requirements.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and drive process improvements.
Organizational Management of Change (OMOC)
With the Process Owner, manage the OMOC process to ensure it meets legal and business requirements.
Socialize and facilitate the process when teams and individuals go through structural, role and accountability changes.
Manage and implement other assignments as identified by the Manager Initiative & Change Management.
Who You Are:
Related university degree and seven-plus years’ experience OR nine‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
One or more of: CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) or similar program (e.g., PROSCI) including other adult education certifications (e.g., instructional design); PMP (Project Management Professional); CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional).
Experience designing, performing and leading work with business unit and/or enterprise-wide impact.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners including executives, managers, and team members.
Ability to present and facilitate to a wide variety of audiences including technical, senior leaders, and executives in an effective manner which requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership skills and able to negotiate with, and lead, resources outside of direct line of authority.
Understanding of the energy environment and regulatory management systems.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Power BI and Excel) and usage of AI tools.
Working Conditions:
Work performed primarily in the office.
Travel approximately 10% of the time.
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Physical Requirements:
Include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement. Mobility to walk in outdoor conditions that occasionally involve uneven and slippery terrain and to enter and exit excavations. Agility with the ability to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and other devices using feet and legs, and/or hands and arms.

Include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, coordinate and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
